Shipping & Returns

Shipping
All Mini Masters items include FREE shipping and handling. Orders ship via USPS and usually arrive within 5-7 business days for the continental US. Shipments are insured for up to $50.00 at no extra cost. A tracking number will be emailed to the purchaser once the order has shipped. If the package is delivered while no one is home, the deliveryman will leave either the package or a note detailing how to pick it up.

Gifts
Gifts may be shipped directly to the recipient by including their address for the shipping info. If you would like a card included with your gift, please email info@minimasters.biz with the recipient’s address, packaging type ordered, and your message. Cards are limited 25 words.

Warranty
Each item is guaranteed with a one year manufacturer’s warranty, starting from date of purchase. Please contact Mini Masters through info@minimasters.biz or 1-888-267-1957 with any defects or problems. Components are replaced at no charge, but the purchaser must return any defective parts to the warehouse at their own cost. Items originally purchased for under $5.00 do not need to be returned. Batteries are excluded from the one year warranty.

Returns
If you would like to change any items for a different color or style, this can be done at no charge in the first 30 days from purchase date. Reach out to our team at info@minimasters.biz or 1-888-267-1957 and let them know what you would like instead. Purchased items (in original condition) must be shipped back to Mini Masters at the purchaser’s own cost. Please send all returns and exchanges to
